Any claims for shortages or damaged items will only be accepted if received in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date. Upon receiving this notification, we will conduct a full investigation and inform you of the outcome. Photographic evidence will be required for any damages.
Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of our decision on whether the items need to be returned, or if we can arrange a credit. Please note that any refund for the return parcel costs will be at the discretion of Cosmetic Stuff.
Non-receipt of Consignments
All orders are fully trackable, and you will receive the tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your order through your account login.
In the event of delivery issues, or if you fail to collect your goods in time when awaiting collection, a return charge will apply.
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status of your order.
